The White House believes it's irrelevant how President Joe Biden acquired COVID-19.
Karine Jean-Pierre, the press secretary for the White House, told reporters on Thursday that it doesn't matter where Biden obtained his COVID as long as they are ready for this situation.
After most recently testing negative on Tuesday, Biden was discovered to have the virus on Thursday as part of his routine testing schedule. According to Jean-Pierre, when questioned if he had any symptoms, he mentioned having a "running nose," a "dry cough," and being "a little weary."
