Biden Administration Denies Report of Secret Mossad Operatives List Handed to Iran

In a stunning display of political acrobatics, the Biden administration has managed to find itself at the center of another foreign policy crisis involving Iran and Israel. Reports surfaced from the Kuwaiti newspaper Al Jarida, suggesting that a high-ranking U.S. delegation made a secret trip to Tehran with a list of deep-cover Mossad operatives, allegedly as a gesture of goodwill to de-escalate tensions. As absurd as this sounds, the Biden administration scrambled to deny the allegations, insisting that sharing intelligence with Iran is not on their to-do list.

Bizarrely, the alleged trip was said to have taken place in light of Israel’s recent assassination of Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh on Iranian soil, an act that clearly ruffled some feathers in the mullah regime. A supposed unnamed source from Iran’s Supreme National Security Council claimed that the American delegation tried to convince Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei that the Biden administration was blind to Israeli operations. Instead of asserting U.S. strength, however, the mission seemed to mirror a schoolyard tactic of attempting to appease a bully by giving away the names of friends.

The reaction from the Biden National Security Council was swift. Their spokesperson denied the report outright, labeling it “categorically false.” This denial has a familiar ring considering the administration’s penchant for muddying the waters whenever its actions come under scrutiny. One might wonder how the administration’s representative determined that the claim was false—perhaps they have a crystal ball or simply wishful thinking? Regardless, given Biden’s track record of foreign policy blunders, skepticism is the only rational response.

The situation escalated when Iranian officials began a massive security sweep, arresting dozens of individuals connected to the intelligence community following the Haniyeh assassination. This retaliatory action only amplifies the idea that Iran wasn’t simply going to absorb the blow without some form of revenge. It appears the only thing that escalated was Iran’s ability to round up scapegoats—a stark contrast to the U.S. approach of attempting to soothe tensions with concessions. When did opting for spinelessness become standard operating procedure for American diplomacy?

The deep-rooted fear and appeasement mindset of the Biden administration has become increasingly evident. Instead of projecting strength and decisiveness, the White House appears more concerned with avoiding any uncomfortable confrontations or backlash, opting instead to placate adversaries. This is reminiscent of past policies that led to disastrous consequences; at this rate, a future history class might well include a section on how Biden handed over actionable intelligence to Tehran, only to have their regime use it against American interests.

What should be alarming for Americans is the underlying narrative that this administration is so uncomfortable with its alliances and commitments that it would consider throwing allies under the bus to keep the peace with Iran. The fact that political correctness and appeasement are dictating how the U.S. engages with one of its primary threats shows that the only thing consistent in Biden’s foreign policy is inconsistency. The implications of this administration’s actions are potentially dire, but they appear willing to navigate these uncharted waters, all while the safety of American and allied lives hangs in the balance.
