During a campaign stop in Georgia, Barack Obama made an unfortunate remark about Joe Biden's mental health. The former president was campaigning with Senator Raphael Warnock, who is running against Herschel Walker for Senate.

The former president's comments were intended to be a dig at the Republican candidate, but they also reminded voters of Biden's own shortcomings. As Obama noted, Biden is not in charge and doesn't have "serious responsibilities."
The White House has repeatedly walked back Biden's statements about national security, pandemics, and military matters. Biden also claimed that he was approached by a group that wanted him to take questions from members of the press. To make matters worse, the President was given various notecards to help him introduce himself and where to sit.
It's no secret that Joe Biden and Barack Obama's relationship has become a bit weird since he became the president.
His recent comments about the former's mental health are truly shocking. Obama referred to Biden as a crazy uncle who doesn't have isn't taken seriously. This is a subtle indication that the president is a puppet who is being used by the White House.
