Biden’s Administration Targets Elon Musk: More Details Inside!

The Biden Administration’s War on Elon Musk

In what seems like a classic clash between the world’s richest man and the most tyrannical administration in U.S. history, Elon Musk has found himself in the crosshairs of President Joe Biden’s regime. This battle has been brewing for some time now, and it was only a matter of time before these two forces collided.

Back in October of 2022, Musk made headlines with his $44 billion purchase of the social media platform known as Twitter. His intentions were clear: he wanted to protect free speech in a world that seemed to be increasingly hostile towards it. In his first post as the platform’s new owner, Musk wrote, “[T]he bird is freed.” Little did he know that he had just painted a target on his back.

The Biden administration, known for its historic contempt for the First Amendment and civil liberties, wasted no time in going after Musk. In a news conference on November 9, 2022, President Biden himself acknowledged the possibility of investigating Musk’s foreign business dealings, suggesting that there were “a lot of ways” the government could look into him. This blatant display of hostility towards a private citizen was just the beginning.

One of the ways the government has come after Musk is through the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). Brendan Carr, the senior Republican on the FCC, expressed his disgust at the agency’s involvement in what he called the “regulatory harassment of Elon Musk.” In a passionate dissent, Carr criticized the FCC’s decision to penalize Musk’s SpaceX and revoke a previous award of $885 million. He argued that this decision could not be justified by any objective application of law, facts, or policy. Carr also pointed out that other federal agencies, such as the Department of Justice, Federal Aviation Administration, Federal Trade Commission, National Labor Relations Board, U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York, and even the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, have all taken action against Musk.

This seemingly coordinated attack on Musk by various government agencies is nothing short of a war on free speech and innovation. Whether it’s the DOJ suing SpaceX, the FAA grounding SpaceX’s rocket, the FTC pressuring Musk to reveal the identities of journalists, the NLRB filing a complaint against him, or the U.S. Attorney’s Office potentially bringing criminal charges, each action contributes to the regulatory harassment that Carr mentioned.

In January, Twitter was fined $350,000 for failing to comply with a search warrant related to former President Donald Trump. The DOJ subpoenaed Tesla over a safety issue, and the U.S. Virgin Islands subpoenaed Musk over communications with JPMorgan Chase related to the late Jeffrey Epstein.

However, despite the Biden administration’s best efforts, Musk has shown no signs of backing down or compromising his commitment to free speech. As this battle intensifies, it remains to be seen who will come out on top.

The war on Elon Musk is just one example of the Biden administration’s tyrannical tendencies, and it serves as a warning to all who value liberty and free expression. Stand with Musk and stand against this assault on our fundamental rights.
