In 2014, Hunter Biden and Archer reportedly received millions from Yelena Baturina, a wealthy Russian individual and former first lady of Moscow. Moreover, a Kazakhstani magnate, Kenes Rakishev, is said to have gifted Hunter Biden a vehicle worth $140,000. These transactions were facilitated through various bank accounts linked to Rosemont Seneca Partners and its sister firms.
Interestingly, the report also references a 2014 gathering at Cafe Milano in Washington, D.C., attended by Joe Biden, Hunter Biden, Archer, Baturina, Rakishev, and others. The exact nature of their discussions remains unclear, but it raises questions about Joe Biden's potential involvement in his son's business dealings.
James Comer, head of the House Oversight Committee, has expressed concern about these financial activities, suggesting they may not have involved genuine services but rather provided access to influential networks.
