It is troubling to hear that drugs were also found in the White House less than a year ago. Such incidents reflect poorly on the administration’s ability to maintain a safe and secure environment for the President and his staff. The presence of cocaine in the White House raises questions about security protocols and the effectiveness of screening procedures in place.

The safety and security of our government facilities, including the U.S. Capitol and the White House, must be a top priority. Any breach in security, especially those involving illicit substances like cocaine, must be thoroughly investigated and addressed to prevent future occurrences. Americans expect and deserve transparency and accountability from our law enforcement and government officials to ensure the trust and safety of our nation’s institutions.
