The latest inflation report is in, and oh boy, is it a doozy for ol’ Joe Biden! It seems that his spending habits are coming back to bite him right in the you-know-what, and he’s desperately trying to spin the numbers in his favor.
The White House released a statement trying to convince us that inflation is down and that the economy is booming, but let’s not be fooled by these smoke and mirrors. According to them, inflation is down nearly two-thirds from its peak, but don’t believe the hype.

In reality, consumer prices actually rose more than expected in December, and while they may not be as bad as they were at the peak of 2022, they are still significantly higher than before the pandemic. The Consumer Price Index rose 0.3 percent in December, making the overall CPI 3.4 percent. So, in the words of the great philosopher Cher, “Do you believe in life after inflation?”
Despite what Biden and his cronies are trying to sell us, the truth is that people are still struggling to afford basic necessities, and that’s thanks to the out-of-control inflation that has accumulated during Biden’s time in office.
But instead of taking responsibility for the mess he’s made, Biden is pointing fingers at Republicans and trying to shift the blame onto them. He claims that they have no plan to lower costs for families and are only interested in helping the wealthy and big corporations. Give us a break, Joe!
Biden’s blame-shifting is not just dishonest, it’s cowardly. A real leader takes accountability for their actions, but it seems like that’s a lesson Biden missed in leadership school. Blaming your political opponents for the consequences of your own policies is just plain weak.
And to top it all off, Biden is shamelessly trying to distract from his failures as we head into an election year. He’s demonizing his opponents and desperately trying to cover up the truth.
