The United States Court of Appeals in Washington, DC, has finally admitted what many conservatives have been saying all along: Black Lives Matter (BLM) rioters were treated better than pro-life protesters. It’s about time someone in the judiciary recognized this blatant double standard.
According to Townhall, the court found that the city of Washington, D.C. “selectively” enforced an anti-graffiti ordinance, going after pro-life activists who used chalk outside an abortion clinic while turning a blind eye to BLM vandals. The court even cited multiple examples of BLM protesters defacing public and private property with anti-police messages, all while police officers stood by and did nothing.
This news is just another example of the two-tiered justice system that conservatives have been railing against. It’s clear that the left-wing agenda is being prioritized over the rights and safety of law-abiding citizens. While BLM and Antifa protesters are receiving millions of dollars in compensation for their violent actions, Trump supporters who simply walked into the U.S. Capitol on January 6th are being thrown in prison.
In 2020, DC police arrested 2 pro-life protesters for chalking “Black Pre-Born Lives Matter” but never arrested any BLM protesters for covering streets, sidewalks, and storefronts with paint and chalk.

It’s a sad state of affairs when criminals are rewarded and law-abiding citizens are punished. The left’s hypocrisy knows no bounds. Hopefully, this court decision will serve as a wake-up call and lead to a more fair and just system for all Americans. But until then, we can only continue to expose these injustices and fight for the truth.
