Apparently, it kicked off with a slide suggesting that before they can even walk, babies are at risk of adopting racial biases. According to the program, by just three months of age, an infant starts to categorize faces and develop a preference for those resembling their own. Who knew that a baby’s innocent gaze could be so politically charged? The training went on to state that unless exposed to a racially diverse smorgasbord of faces early on, babies would fall victim to systemic racism from the very start of their lives.

This slide show continues to ramble about how kids, by age two, could already be categorizing people based on race and absorbing “power dynamics,” perhaps preparing them for future roles as hip activists wielding picket signs instead of crayons. By the time they hit age five, kids are allegedly certain to assign negative traits to non-white races, making “racist idiocy” seem like a required course in preschool. It’s both hilarious and absurd for adults to even suggest that children, with their innocent worldviews, could somehow be compromised without this questionable anti-racism training.
