Homan, with a keen understanding of immigration laws, argued that her video essentially equips these individuals with tips on how to evade legal consequences. This begs the question: is she being an advocate for education, or is she merely weaving a safety net for those who disrespect U.S. immigration laws?

With a dramatic flair only she can muster, Ocasio-Cortez issued a deadline for the Justice Department to disclose any investigation against her—a move that reeks of a publicity stunt more than a genuine concern for legal proceedings. Homan’s commitment to enforcing immigration laws has garnered praise for challenging the failure of sanctuary cities to uphold the law. It appears he’s not the one standing on shaky legal ground here.
AOC’s theatrics may captivate her audience, but it is Homan’s firm stance on immigration that resonates with the majority of Americans who support the rule of law. As she rallies around the concept of free speech while dodging accountability, it’s worth considering how much longer this charade can last before reality catches up with the bold claims made by the self-proclaimed champion of the people.
