America lost a true patriot when assassin Tyler Robinson gunned down Charlie Kirk at Utah Valley University last Wednesday. The 31-year-old conservative warrior was doing what he did best – fighting for freedom and truth on a college campus. He leaves behind his loving wife Erika and two precious children who will grow up without their daddy.
Charlie Kirk built Turning Point USA into a powerhouse that woke up millions of young Americans. He showed college students that conservative values matter and that America is worth fighting for. His voice reached countless patriots who were tired of liberal lies poisoning our schools and universities.
Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard delivered a stirring message about what comes next after this terrible tragedy. She declared that countless people around the world will pick up Charlie’s torch and keep spreading God’s light. Tulsi knows that evil cannot stop a righteous movement when good people stand together.
The cowardly shooter fired from 142 yards away while Charlie was debating a student about important issues. Robinson crawled across a rooftop like a snake before taking his evil shot that struck Charlie in the neck. Witnesses watched in horror as blood poured from this American hero while the killer ran away like the coward he is.
Police caught Robinson two days later but the 22-year-old refuses to cooperate with investigators. Utah Governor Spencer Cox says they are still trying to figure out why this monster decided to murder Charlie Kirk. The suspect faces charges of aggravated murder and other serious crimes that could put him away for life.
This assassination shows how desperate the radical left has become in their war against conservative Americans. They cannot win with facts and logic so they turn to violence against patriots like Charlie Kirk. Every freedom-loving American should be outraged that political disagreement now leads to cold-blooded murder.
Tulsi Gabbard is absolutely right that millions of patriots will carry on Charlie’s sacred mission. Conservative students on every campus must step up and fight harder for our values and freedoms. We cannot let this brave man’s death be in vain or let the enemies of America think they can silence us with bullets.
Charlie Kirk’s legacy will live on through every young conservative who refuses to back down from the liberal mob. His sacrifice reminds us that freedom is never free and that patriots must be willing to pay any price. God will bless those who continue his work of saving America from the forces of darkness.
