The Biden administration tried to pull a fast one on the American people by keeping the Chinese spy balloon fiasco under wraps, but NBC News busted them wide open, revealing their sneaky behavior on Friday. Apparently, General Mark Milley and NORAD chief General Glen VanHerck had a pow-wow on January 27 about the whole shebang, as reported by Fox News on Saturday.

According to NBC News, the administration initially wanted to sweep this whole incident under the rug and never let Congress or the public know about it. They were hoping to just let this sneaky balloon saunter on by without raising any alarms. A former official spilled the tea, saying, “Before it was spotted publicly, there was the intention to study it and let it pass over and not ever tell anyone about it.”
U.S. military jets from Alaska were sent out to check out this snoopy balloon, and lo and behold, they found out it was a Chinese spy balloon armed to the teeth… with surveillance gear! No offensive weapons, but loads of spying equipment.
President Joe Biden, not one to miss out on the action, made the call to shoot down the balloon after it made its way across the entire United States. Breitbart News reported that the balloon wasn’t taken out until February 4, after it had likely gathered intel from some very hush-hush military sites.
Biden allegedly spilled the beans about top-secret U.S. intelligence regarding China during a fundraising event in California.
