Oh, what a surprise. The endless border crisis is still raging on, and our favorite liberal fossil, Beto O’Rourke, just can’t seem to keep his mouth shut. He’s spewing out some ridiculous ideas as if anyone cares what he has to say. But before we get to that, let’s revisit the mess we’re in, thanks to President Joe Biden’s administration’s de facto open borders policy.
Illegal immigrants are flooding across the southern border, thanks to Biden’s ineptitude in tackling the issue. And who’s left to clean up the mess? You guessed it, Texas Governor Greg Abbott and his team of brave Republicans, who are trying to do everything they can to stop this madness. They’ve been met with nothing but resistance from Washington, with the Biden administration repeatedly taking them to court and failing to uphold their duty to secure the border.

Now, to make matters worse, the Supreme Court has ruled 5-4 that the Biden administration has the authority to remove a temporary barbed-wire border that Texas put up to deter illegal crossings. Can you believe the nerve of these people?
But fear not, because Governor Abbott and the Texas National Guard are not backing down. They’re holding the line and refusing to let the chaos get any worse. Abbott even wrote a powerful letter calling out the Biden administration for neglecting its duty to protect the states and invoking Texas’s constitutional authority to defend and protect itself. He’s not pulling any punches, and we love to see it.
And they’re not alone in this fight. 25 Republican governors have pledged to stand with Texas in their efforts to defend themselves against the Biden administration’s attacks on their border security. It’s a united front against the liberal lunacy that’s tearing our country apart.
Enter Beto O’Rourke, who just can’t resist sticking his nose where it doesn’t belong. He had the audacity to compare Governor Abbott’s actions to those of Governor Orval Faubus in 1957, who defied a Supreme Court ruling on desegregation. Can you imagine the gall of this man? Comparing the defense of our borders to the fight against racial segregation is not only tone-deaf, but it’s also downright offensive. But I guess we shouldn’t expect anything less from a failed politician desperate for attention.
O’Rourke is calling for President Biden to follow the example of President Dwight Eisenhower, who federalized the Arkansas National Guard to ensure compliance with the law. What O’Rourke conveniently forgets is that this was to enforce a Supreme Court decision on desegregation in the face of staunch resistance from racist Democrats in the South. It’s hardly a parallel to the current border crisis, and anyone with an ounce of sense can see that.
It’s clear that Abbott is defending Texas’ border because Biden refuses to, and O’Rourke’s comparisons to the struggle for civil rights are not only offensive, they’re absurd. The president is turning a blind eye to our constitutionally protected borders, all so he can pander to his left-wing base and push for amnesty for illegal aliens. It’s sickening, and it’s time that we all stand up against these dangerous and reckless policies.
Thankfully, Beto O’Rourke has been rejected time and time again by reasonable Americans. His dangerous and shameless suggestions are nothing short of disgraceful, and all politicians with an ounce of common sense should condemn his outrageous comments.
We’re at a critical juncture, and the 2024 election is our last stand against the elites who want to destroy America. We need to rise up and fight back against the big tech censorship and support outlets that will stand up for our values. Join us as we fight for the soul of America in 2024.
