It’s becoming painfully clear that the Left’s war on law and order is accelerating at a reckless pace—especially in California. A Biden-appointed federal judge in Los Angeles has just put the brakes on ICE’s ability to enforce immigration laws, all because of alleged “racial profiling.” Translation: if you break the law by crossing our borders illegally, good luck getting arrested if you fit a certain demographic. This isn’t justice; it’s a judicial power grab that tosses the rule of law under the bus to protect illegal aliens.
This so-called judge, handpicked by Joe Biden, claims ICE can’t even consider obvious factors like where suspects work, their language skills, or the locations known for hiring illegals when making arrests. Apparently, plain common sense is now “probable cause” outlawed. This is a dangerous erosion of law enforcement’s tools—and it’s no accident. The Left’s open-borders fanatics want to turn California—and eventually the entire country—into a sanctuary for anyone willing to sneak in. They don’t care about American workers, public safety, or legal process.

ICE is being ordered not only to stop routine patrols but to help illegals find legal support through these activist networks. Imagine a police force being told to stand down while lawbreakers find their legal loopholes smoothed out. It’s a nightmare scenario for anyone who values border security and the rule of law. Meanwhile, California’s economy, propped up by cheap illegal labor, keeps gaslighting hard-working, taxpaying Americans into fleeing the state—leaving behind a political swamp that rewards open borders with Democrat votes.
The Biden administration’s defenders claim this judge stepped outside her authority. But let’s be honest: when Washington is run by globalists and open-borders zealots, judges become just another tool to implement radical left-wing agendas. The judiciary is now weaponized against American citizens who want their laws enforced—and communities protected from cartel violence, MS-13 gang members, and sex criminals streaming across the border. Law enforcement is under siege from every angle, with the federal government often feeling more like an enemy combatant than a protector.
If America is serious about sovereignty and safety, it must fight back against these judicial sabotage efforts. Congress and the President have the power and duty to push back fiercely—whether that means stripping rogue judges of jurisdiction or doubling down on ICE’s mission.
