In a brazen display of left-wing judicial overreach, a Biden-appointed judge from California just slammed the brakes on President Trump’s attempt to stop the endless drain of taxpayer dollars funding lawyers for unaccompanied alien children flooding into our country. Instead of putting American interests first, this activist judge is making sure Washington keeps funding attorneys for these foreign minors—essentially rewarding a system that encourages illegal immigration and punishes hard-working taxpayers.
This judge, with clear ties to liberal legal groups, should have been recused from this case long ago. She once worked for one of the very plaintiff organizations battling the federal government over these taxpayer-funded attorneys. But of course, the swamp protects its own. She’s now shielding open borders activists by halting Trump’s order aimed at ending this costly and misguided policy. The Trump team tried to expose this corruption and get her off the case, but the system protects the leftist insiders while the American people foot the bill.
Speaking of bills, Americans have already been forced to cough up billions to defend these unaccompanied alien children in immigration courts. That’s right—billions. And the number keeps climbing because Congress refuses to say no to open borders and sanctuary city radicals. Over 25,000 foreign kids are currently being handed free legal representation, courtesy of U.S. taxpayers. Meanwhile, your family struggles with inflation, high gas prices, and a rising crime wave fueled by lax immigration policies. Yet here we are, funding lawyers for thousands of children many suspect are just pawns in a broader scheme to overwhelm our legal system.

The left claims this policy promotes “fairness” and “efficiency” in immigration courts. What a joke. It’s a smokescreen to justify wasting more money and encouraging more illegal crossings. “Fairness” for whom? America’s front-line citizens? Not a chance. This is fairness for those who flagrantly break our laws. It’s cronyism on display—liberals using the judiciary to force compliance with their open-borders fantasies, all while ignoring the devastating impact on American communities.
If this judge really cared about fairness, she’d recuse herself from cases she’s biased on. She’d stop enabling a broken system that shelters criminals and sidelines the rule of law. But instead, she picks winners and losers in politically charged immigration fights. It’s another day in the liberal judicial mafia running roughshod over common sense and American sovereignty. How long will patriots sit back while judges and bureaucrats bankrupt this country to cater to globalist and open-border interests? The question isn’t if Washington will keep spending billions on illegal alien lawyers—it’s how much more of America will be sacrificed before enough is enough.
