Alrighty, buckle up folks because we’re diving into the wild world of politics! So, picture this: President Joe Biden is out here losing some serious street cred with key voter groups. Like, he’s having a rough time keeping the troops in line. Recent polls are like, “Yo, Biden, we see you slipping!” NPR/PBS put it out there that a bunch of independent voters are side-eyeing Biden, thinking he’s a bigger threat to democracy than Trump. Ouch!
Then ABC News drops the bomb that Trump and Biden are basically in a thumb war for suburban women’s votes. It’s a close call! And hold onto your hats, because among Hispanics, Trump is leading the pack by five points. The Wall Street Journal chimes in about black voters – 30% of black men and 11% of black women are thinking Trump is their guy. Say what?! Even the young bloods, the 18-to-29-year-olds, are split down the middle between Trump and Biden. It’s like a political rollercoaster, folks!
When the ’24 race began to take shape, I thought Pres. Biden had a strong pitch to voters: a rebounding economy and a return to normalcy after the chaos of Covid & Trump.

The media circus is having a field day with all of this. CNN’s Van Jones is throwing out warnings like confetti at a parade, saying young people are getting antsy and Biden better step up his game. And then Fareed Zakaria from CNN is all, “Biden, buddy, you gotta face the music and be real with the peeps.” It’s like a reality check on steroids!
But wait, there’s more drama! Biden and his crew are like, “Nah, those polls are bogus, fake news!” They’re doubling down on the positive vibes, saying national polls have them winning by a nose. And swing state polls? Trump’s got a solid grip on those bad boys. It’s like a showdown at the political corral!
The Biden camp is sticking to their guns, though. They’re waving the flag for Biden’s agenda, claiming it’s the people’s choice. “Bidenomics for the win!” they shout from the rooftops. They’re brushing off the sketchy polls, saying, “We got this, don’t worry.” But man, oh man, it’s a political storm brewing, and ain’t nobody sure which way the wind will blow.
