Biden’s 2023 Bloopers: The Top 5 Unsteady Steps of the Year

President Joe Biden, 81, has had a tough time staying on his two feet in 2023. His annual physical, conducted by physician Kevin O’Connor in February, revealed a laundry list of health issues including atrial fibrillation, peripheral neuropathy in his feet, and hyperlipidemia.

In an effort to avoid any further embarrassing falls, Biden has started using Air Force One’s second, shorter staircase. You know, the one that doesn’t require him to climb Mount Everest just to board the plane.

Just in case you’ve missed all of Biden’s graceful tumbles, here’s a recap of his top five public falls:
1) In February, Biden almost took a nosedive while trying to board Air Force One in Poland. Luckily, he managed to catch himself at the last moment, sparing himself the embarrassment of faceplanting in front of the whole world. But hey, at least he didn’t need a trip to the ER this time.

2) In March, Biden tripped on the steps leading up to Air Force One, putting his elderly body at risk of a serious injury. It’s a wonder he didn’t break a hip or something. Maybe next time he should consider using a wheelchair. Just a thought.

3) May brought another stumble for Biden, this time while meeting G7 leaders at the Itsukushima Shrine in Japan. He’s lucky he didn’t take any of those world leaders down with him. Can you imagine the international incident that would have caused? Talk about embarrassing.

4) June was the month of the infamous fall on stage at the U.S. Air Force Academy graduation ceremony. He blamed it on a sandbag, but let’s be real here, Biden. Maybe it’s time to invest in some glasses so you can see where you’re going. Just saying.

5) And just when you thought Biden had learned his lesson, he tripped again in October while walking up a short flight of steps in Philadelphia. This time, he was there to give a speech about global warming and “Bidenomics.” Maybe the universe was trying to send him a message about his disastrous policies.

It’s been a rough year for Biden and his balance issues. Hopefully, he’ll figure out a way to stay on his feet because we can’t afford to have a president who’s more likely to end up in the emergency room than in the Oval Office.
