In the latest buzzworthy news from The New York Times, the Democrats are facing some serious red lights flashing in regards to Joe Biden’s age. The poll numbers have Republicans cheering and Democrats scrambling for excuses. It’s no surprise that Biden is trailing behind Donald Trump by a significant five percentage points. The underlying data is even more grim as Trump is gaining ground with minority and women voters, making Democrats squirm in their seats.
It’s not just one poll painting a bleak picture for Biden, no siree Bob! Out of the last ten polls, Trump has come out on top in eight of them. Talk about a rough season for Sleepy Joe! The big issue for Biden seems to be his age, with a whopping 73 percent of respondents feeling he’s too old for the demanding role of president. Ouch! Even some lifelong Democrat voters are jumping ship, like Otto Abad from Louisiana, who’s ready to switch to Team Trump because he questions Biden’s mental and physical endurance.

But hey, let’s not get too cocky, conservatives! It’s only March, and a lot can change before the big election in November. Democrats are holding onto their democracy card tightly, hoping it’ll be their golden ticket. But seriously, focusing on January 6th instead of border security seems like a big misstep to this writer. Come on, Dems, get your priorities straight! Trump might be feeling confident, telling Virginia voters he doesn’t need their support, but overconfidence can be a dangerous game.
So, buckle up, folks! It’s going to be a bumpy ride to the election finish line. Republicans shouldn’t rest on their laurels, and Democrats better start looking for ways to beef up Biden’s appeal.
