Recently, Anthony Bernal, a former aide to Joe Biden, took the Fifth Amendment when questioned by the House Oversight Committee. This isn’t just any investigation; it’s about the president’s mental fitness and whether there’s been a sinister effort to hide his declining health.
Let’s be clear: invoking the Fifth Amendment should raise red flags for anyone concerned about the truth. This isn’t a game. It’s about whether the leader of our nation is capable of performing his duties. After all, we’re not talking about trivial matters. Yet, here we have Bernal dodging questions, just like his colleague, the former White House physician Kevin O’Connor, did last week. What are they hiding?
This isn’t just a coincidence; it’s a troubling pattern. The House Oversight Committee, led by James Comer, is investigating the potential cover-up around Biden’s health and his bizarre use of an autopen for official documents, including pardons. Why should the American people accept vague answers when the stakes are this high?
