The Biden administration continues to unravel before our very eyes. It’s like watching a bad movie that you can’t turn off. Recently, the House Oversight Committee turned up the heat on Biden’s inner circle, putting their feet to the fire about the alleged autopen scandal and questions surrounding Biden’s mental stability. Shockingly—or perhaps not so—some of Biden’s closest aides, including the former White House physician and top advisors, opted to plead the Fifth rather than spill the beans. When someone pleads the Fifth, it leaves you wondering what they’re hiding. If there’s nothing to hide, why not speak up?
In a lame attempt to defend Biden’s lackluster debate performance, one aide tried to blame it on stuttering. That’s their go-to excuse now? Anyone who has seen Biden during debates knows it wasn’t a speech issue but something far more concerning. And this isn’t about making fun of speech issues—this is about transparency and fitness to lead. If the best defense you have is blaming a stutter for cognitive lapses, you’re grasping at straws.

The concept is as absurd as it is frightening. Was our president a mere figurehead while others pulled the strings and signed documents in his name?
