In a shocking display of government overreach, documents now reveal how Biden’s team weaponized the Justice Department against ordinary American parents. These concerned citizens had the audacity to speak up at school board meetings. With the infamous October 4, 2021 memo, former Attorney General Garland labeled them as “domestic threats,” deploying the FBI to scrutinize moms and dads. This all stems from a National School Boards Association’s outrageous claim equating parents with terrorists. The bureaucrats decided to treat worried parents, who dared question far-left indoctrination in schools, as enemies.
Biden’s DOJ, instead of safeguarding American values like free speech, opted to stifle them. They prioritized silencing voices that opposed their agenda. Internal grumblings from career attorneys, who rightly questioned the legality and essence of territorial jurisdiction, were blatantly ignored. According to the ignored voices, there’s no law against parents expressing their opinions. Yet, Garland’s team barrelled forward, smashing through constitutional rights and longstanding freedoms with reckless abandon.
Emails between government employees exposed the desperation to concoct any possible legal rationale to flex federal muscle where it didn’t belong. Even seasoned attorneys were at a loss to find a “federal hook” to justify trampling over parents’ rights. The very notion of this, searching for nonexistent federal ties, reeks of a vendetta against dissenting American voices. It’s as if every attempt was made to twist the law to serve an administration eager to subdue its critics.

Those pulling the strings were so entrenched in their political vendetta that they couldn’t see the disaster for what it was. They bypassed standard procedures and instead pursued a campaign to subdue the very people they are supposed to protect. Liberal elites acted as if pushing dissent underground would magically make it disappear. They used heavy-handed tactics in a desperate effort to maintain control over the narrative.
With such gross displays of power-grabbing, one has to wonder: how long before the American people stand up and say enough is enough? Using the government to silence free speech is an attack on every citizen who values liberty. Is this the America you want to live in? A nation where government overreach tramples on parental rights? It’s time to call out actions for what they are—an affront to the American way of life.
