It’s hard to imagine a clearer example of corporate rot and elitist contempt than what just surfaced from inside Campbell Soup Company. The vice president of this once-respected American brand has reportedly been caught on tape mocking the very product his company sells — calling it “shit food” pitched to “poor people.” Worse yet, this high-ranking executive openly insulted co-workers with racial slurs and seemed proud of his toxic, drug-fueled behavior. What does this say about the culture at Campbell’s? Spoiler: It’s another example of woke corporate America sinking into corrosive hypocrisy, smug disdain, and moral decay.
Here we have Martin Bally, supposedly a leader at a Fortune 500 company, admitting he sometimes shows up high at work. Not only that, but he takes the time to trash his company’s products in front of staff — admitting he barely buys Campbell’s soups anymore because he knows what’s really inside them. The low-quality ingredients he disparages aren’t a secret. Americans have been fed this garbage while being blamed for their “bad” eating habits. But Bally’s attitude exposes the real problem: the elites who control these corporations don’t respect the people who keep their businesses afloat. They see the working class as nothing more than pawns buying cheap, unhealthy meals. It’s a disgusting, condescending worldview.

This kind of speech—from a man in a responsible position—can’t be divorced from the broader political climate that values diversity not for merit but for the optics it brings. Campbell’s response was the usual tepid PR line about “values” and “culture,” while putting Bally on temporary leave. But where was the outrage or accountability before the recording leaked? Meanwhile, the whistleblower who exposed this toxic behavior found himself fired in what looks very much like retaliation. This is corporate America’s broken justice system playing out in real time.
The left loves to talk about “diversity, equity, and inclusion,” but only when it fits the narrative. Real inclusion would mean valuing employees, regardless of background, and upholding standards without coddling powerful executives who spew hatred behind closed doors. Instead, companies like Campbell’s protect their own, while crushing workers who dare speak up. This is the corrupt culture that liberals and globalist boardrooms have built: a sham of progressivism hiding elitism, drug abuse, and racism under a thick veneer of corporate “wokeness.”
It’s time Americans woke up to the fact that the “leaders” in these companies no longer care about them. They mock those who keep the wheels turning, poison them with junk food, insult them behind the scenes, and fire their defenders with impunity. If this is the thanks working-class Americans get for their loyalty, why shouldn’t they walk away? Campbell’s and companies like it are proof that the system is rigged—not just politically, but morally. So tell me: When a company’s own VP calls its products “shit for poor people,” can anyone still pretend this is about serving America and its families? Or is it just another globalist con designed to keep the masses docile and dependent?
