Canada has taken another step down the path of authoritarianism, cracking down on Christian expression while turning a blind eye to radical, leftist chaos. The Canadian government recently stripped a Christian worship singer of his right to perform, all while standing idly by as protesters caused mayhem. It just goes to show how deeply entrenched the liberal elite’s agenda is—silencing views they don’t like and encouraging lawlessness when it suits their narrative.
Once again, we see the Canadian government’s skewed priorities. Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, the progressive poster child who was succeeded by yet another leftist, continues to see freedom of religion as an optional exercise that can be easily squashed if it doesn’t align with his agenda. But when Antifa thugs throw smoke bombs at a church? Massive silence. Not only does this show hypocritical favoritism, but it also undermines any claim of Canada being a champion of human rights.
Take a guess who’s always in the government’s crosshairs: law-abiding Christians. Instead of protecting citizens’ rights to worship freely, the government shuts down events due to so-called “safety concerns.” Right, because a peaceful gathering poses more of a threat than masked radicals disrupting public order. It’s disturbing what is deemed as acceptable when leftist ideology is steering the ship.

This absurdity reached its peak when Antifa hoodlums stormed a church while the authorities stood by, useless as a broken watch. The real kicker is that the church is slapped with a fine, rather than the criminals causing the disruption. That’s liberal logic for you: prosecute the victims, protect the perpetrators. Shame on the city of Montreal for caving into politically correct hysteria.
Are we witnessing the unraveling of ‘nice’ Canada, revealing the true red of socialism beneath the once-proud maple leaf? It’s high time America declares: keep your Canadian insanity north of the 49th parallel. We are better off without it.
