The CIA lied to the Justice Department, Congress, and the public about what really happened. They even fed fake stories to journalists to make themselves look good.
Then there’s the JFK assassination. Robert F. Kennedy Jr. says the CIA was involved in his uncle’s murder. A former CIA analyst confirmed that the agency’s secrets and power struggles likely played a role. For years, the CIA has blocked the release of documents that could shed light on the truth.
The CIA’s lies aren’t just history—they’re still happening today. During the 2020 election, CIA contractors teamed up with the Biden campaign to discredit the Hunter Biden laptop story. They called it “Russian disinfo” even though they had no proof. High-level CIA bosses knew about this scheme and did nothing to stop it.
Mike Pompeo, a former CIA director, bragged about the agency’s shady tactics. He laughed about how they “lied, cheated, and stole” to get the job done. This isn’t just a few bad apples. It’s a culture of deception that’s been baked into the CIA for decades.
Remember the MKUltra mind-control experiments? The CIA drugged Americans without their consent to test interrogation methods. They destroyed records to hide their crimes. Even now, the agency refuses to answer questions about its role at Guantánamo Bay, where prisoners were tortured.
Conservatives see a pattern here. The CIA acts like it’s above the law, lying to protect its power. Whether it’s covering up failures or pushing political agendas, the agency puts its interests ahead of the truth. When officials like Pompeo joke about cheating, it shows how little they respect the people they’re supposed to serve.
The CIA’s secrets and lies hurt America. They undermine democracy and let corruption thrive. Until the agency is held accountable, ordinary Americans will keep paying the price for its dishonesty. Trust in government crumbles when those in charge think rules don’t apply to them.
