I mean, come on people, is anyone really surprised by this? The Biden family and their sketchy financial dealings just keep piling up like a Mount Everest of corruption. Now, House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer is stepping up to the plate and issuing subpoenas to credit card companies, because apparently the Biden family couldn’t resist swiping their way through life with someone else’s money.
According to Comer, the Biden clan used these credit cards for their “personal expenses” that were conveniently covered by a Chinese firm called CEFC. Can we just take a moment to appreciate the irony here? You have the President of the United States, supposedly working for the American people, and his family is gallivanting around on a free spending spree thanks to Chinese money. It’s like something out of a bad spy movie.

But wait, it gets even better. State Energy HK, one of CEFC’s accounts, decided to wire a smooth $3 million to Hunter Biden’s former business associate, Rob Walker, right after good ol’ Joe finished up his time as Vice President. Coincidence? I think not. And what did Walker do with that generous gift? Well, he decided it was only fair to spread the love and wired a cool million bucks to the Biden family accounts and another million to a firm linked to yet another business associate. I don’t know about you, but I’ve never received a “thank you” quite like that.
Comer is claiming that this whole operation was one big money laundering scheme. He says they used shell companies to try and deceive the IRS and operate in the shadiest manner possible. It’s like they took a page out of the mobster’s guide to financial wizardry. And you know what the cherry on top is? The Biden family had dozens of credit cards and dozens of bank accounts. Dozens! I can’t even keep track of one credit card without going into a shopping frenzy, and these guys have a whole secret stash of plastic.
Now, let’s give credit where credit is due. Comer and the House Oversight Committee are doing their due diligence and trying to get to the bottom of this scandal. They’re issuing subpoenas left and right, determined to bring all this sketchy credit card information to light. Of course, they’re facing some pushback because apparently the Biden family thinks their personal information is off-limits. Sorry folks, but when your personal expenses are being paid for by a Chinese company, I think the American people have a right to know.
It’s time for the truth to come out. Let’s see those credit card statements, let’s see where all that money was flowing, and let’s hold the Biden family accountable for their questionable financial practices. This is just another example of the swampy, murky, and downright swampy swampiness that has infected our nation’s capital.
