Folks, hold onto your hats, because it seems like the District Attorney for Fulton County, Fani Willis, might need to take a long, hard look in the mirror. You see, she has indicted the Republican frontrunner for daring to question the 2020 election, but it turns out she’s done the same thing herself! Talk about hypocrisy!
If you take a gander at Willis’ social media posts, you’ll find that she’s been questioning election outcomes and procedures left and right, not just for the 2020 election but also for the 2018 midterms. It’s like she’s got a fascination with casting doubt on our democratic process. Maybe she should spend less time on Twitter and more time doing her job!
Just take a look at what Benny Johnson found. Willis has been posting rants about a “TEAM of lawyers” needing to watch what’s happening in Georgia and make sure every vote is counted. She even suggests that they start in her own county. Now, it’s all fine and dandy to care about election integrity, but when you’re the top prosecutor in the county, maybe you should focus on more important things, like, oh I don’t know, prosecuting actual crimes?
But it doesn’t stop there, folks. Willis also had the audacity to question a water burst that interrupted ballot counting. She asks, “Why Fulton?” as if there’s some grand conspiracy at play. I hate to break it to her, but sometimes pipes burst, and it’s not some nefarious plot. Maybe instead of blaming the universe for inconveniences, she should focus on her job and ensure fair and lawful elections.
And let’s not forget about her skepticism surrounding the 2018 midterms. Willis dared to imply that not all votes were properly counted. Now, I’m no legal expert, but I thought it was her duty as a prosecutor to have faith in our election process and the hardworking individuals who oversee it.
But the cherry on top is when she called the 2020 election a “mess.” That’s right, folks. The same woman who is now indicting our former President for questioning the very same thing she herself acknowledged. Talk about double standards! It makes you wonder if Willis is fit to enforce the law fairly and impartially when she openly agrees with Trump on election procedures.
So, folks, it’s clear that Fani Willis has a track record of casting doubt on our elections. It’s no wonder she’s going after Republicans who dare to question the 2020 election results. Maybe she should focus less on her partisan agenda and more on upholding justice. Just a thought.
