In a stunning twist that’s leaving the liberal elite in a panic, California Democrat Adam Schiff, a darling of the left, is now facing a federal criminal investigation. You see, Schiff, the man who led the Trump impeachment charge, is now tangled in his own web of deceit. Allegations of mortgage fraud have caught up with him, with the U.S. Attorney’s Office opening a probe into his financial shenanigans. Schiff has been accused of making false claims about his “primary residence” to score sweet loan deals in California and Maryland. It looks like the crusader for “truth” has been living a lie.
What’s particularly delicious is the apparent hypocrisy of it all. This is the guy who screamed from the rooftops about holding others accountable. Yet, now he’s dodging more questions than a squirrel in traffic. Schiff’s defenders are desperately spinning these accusations as some kind of political vendetta. But let’s not kid ourselves. If there’s one thing that Democrats have preached over the years, it’s that no one is above the law. Looks like it’s time for Schiff to practice what he preaches.
Even President Trump, never one to hold back, has weighed in with his trademark bluntness. The former president warns that Schiff must face the music and “pay the price of prison” for his alleged misdeeds. Trump is spot-on—Schiff’s reported actions, if proven true, are not just your run-of-the-mill errors but a deliberate assault on the integrity of our financial system. The gall of this man to accuse others while potentially wallowing in his own swamp of trickery is mind-boggling.

Let’s not forget the video evidence reportedly showing Schiff loudly claiming his California home as his one true abode. However, the paperwork, say reports, sings a different tune. Schiff apparently played a slippery game for years, and now his double-dealing has emerged from the shadows. Ironically, had Schiff claimed Maryland as his primary home, he wouldn’t even be eligible for the offices he’s held in the Golden State. Talk about playing both sides.
The truth is, America deserves better than politicians who operate by ‘do as I say, not as I do’. Schiff should embrace the transparency and accountability he so loudly demanded from others. Perhaps it’s time for him to experience the justice he was so eager to dispense to his political foes. Who, in the end, will stand accountable? Maybe, just maybe, the time has come for Adam Schiff to find out.
