In a remarkable moment of clarity, a federal appeals court has handed down a ruling that should serve as a wake-up call for the Biden administration’s disastrous immigration policies. With little fanfare, a three-judge panel from a circuit court, all appointed by Democrats, sided with the Trump administration, upholding the power to crush Biden’s farcical migrant parole program. This is a stunning admission from a court that’s not exactly known for cheering conservative triumphs.
Under Biden’s watch, over half a million migrants from countries like Venezuela, Cuba, Nicaragua, and Haiti were funneled into America through a program that purportedly lacked a significant public benefit. It’s a glaring example of the administration’s careless policies that blatantly disregard American workers and national security. Rather than addressing the critical issue of illegal immigration, Biden’s program aggravated it, exposing this administration’s monumental incompetence and anti-American bias.

The program allowed these migrants to enter the country if they had a sponsor, paving the way for an unchecked inflow that threatens the American job market. It’s shocking how Biden’s team, including so-called experts, allowed this, effectively throwing American workers under the bus. They created chaos and then hypocritically blamed Republicans for the inevitable mess, displaying an appalling lack of accountability and integrity.
One bright spot is the Department of Homeland Security under the Trump administration, ending this loophole masquerading as policy by stating that the program did not serve the country’s interest. The DHS highlighted how these parole programs failed to mitigate illegal immigration effectively, contradicted American foreign policy goals, and jeopardized public safety. It’s about time the federal government revamped its priorities, returning to America’s needs, not pandering to a globalist agenda.
The judges emphasized that the law must be respected, even if it stirs hardships for those who gamed the system. So, where is the accountability for Biden’s officials who facilitated this disaster? Shouldn’t they face consequences for inviting chaos and jeopardizing American safety and security? Americans deserve better, and it’s high time leaders were held to account.
