Democratic Rep. Henry Cuellar of Texas is not mincing words about the absolute mess that President Joe Biden has made at the southern border. Cuellar, who represents a district on the border with Mexico, has been left in the dark by the Biden administration for almost a year, despite the fact that he’s dealing with the consequences of their incompetence on a daily basis.

In a recent interview, Cuellar blasted Biden for bungling the narrative on immigration. He’s calling for the administration to play up the number of people they’re deporting using Title 8 of the U.S. immigration code. Cuellar believes that showcasing these deportation efforts would deter more border crossers and demonstrate that the administration is taking action to address the border crisis.
The congressman is also pushing for increased funding for deportation efforts and advocating for tougher measures to stop illegal immigration. He emphasized the need to address the influx of immigrants who are flouting the legal immigration process and creating resentment among law-abiding Hispanic citizens in the U.S.
