It seems like the Democrats are keen on adopting the lessons of Donald Trump, but unfortunately, they’ve grabbed the thick end of the stick instead of focusing on policies that resonate with average voters. The question isn’t just if the Democrats will implode, but when, given their current trajectory towards policies that would make even the Soviet Union raise an eyebrow.
J.D. Vance recently made headlines with his overseas visit to Germany to interact with American soldiers. The Republican senator displayed what was described as normalcy and deep respect for the troops. Now, imagine the chaos that would ensue if Kamala Harris attempted a similar endeavor! It’s painfully conspicuous why she isn’t the commander-in-chief, as was wryly pointed out by one pundit. Meanwhile, Republican leaders suggest this emerging polarity within the Democratic Party presents a stark choice between sanity and chaos for the voters.
The Democrats seem to be indulging in a game of who-can-be-more-outrageous, with figures like Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez leading the cavalcade. In contrast, the leftist wing of the Democratic Party seems intent on dragging their party further to the left, potentially towards policies inspired more by Marx than Madison.
