Democrats are in chaos once again, and it’s showing. Nancy Pelosi’s exasperated body language speaks louder than words, as another ill-fated attempt to impeach President Trump crashes and burns. Despite what was a transparent move to undermine Trump over his decisive action against Iran, the push fell flat—hard. It’s laughable that some Democrats even suggested Trump’s actions were “illegal.” Did they forget Obama’s drone wars? Hypocrisy knows no bounds when they ignore history to attack a leader who stands up for America.
You know things are bad for the Democratic Party when even Nancy Pelosi can't get on board with impeaching Trump over striking Iran. pic.twitter.com/nM2KABXb5Z

The so-called leader of the Democrats, Hakeem Jeffries, seems to have vanished, allowing the most radical members of his party to run the show. Instead of asserting control, he stands idly by as they embarrass not only themselves but any Americans they still claim to represent. If Jeffries had any real leadership skills, he would have blocked this impeachment farce long before it reached the floor. The bipartisan thrashing it received is just proof of their disarray.
Pelosi’s dismissive attitude is not surprising. Back in the day, she supported Obama using military force without Congress’s nod—so why the change of heart now? The rules only seem to apply to Republicans in the Democrats’ crooked playbook. Their recent attempt to smear Trump with allegations of “illegal wars” and “no imminent threat” from Iran shows they’re backpedaling on their own policies from a few years ago.
The fact is, 128 Democrats joined Republicans in rejecting this nonsense. The humiliating defeat of this latest sordid attempt to impeach Trump highlights the utter foolishness at the heart of today’s Democratic party. It’s amusing to see them trying to act tough on national security matters, yet they always crumble when faced with the truth and real leadership.
In a world where Democrats stumble over their own lies at every turn, we must ask: If they can’t decide who’s in charge, how can they expect to lead a nation? It’s time they drop the charades and get with the program—or maybe, keep floundering and let adults take charge.
