The latest attempt to stifle the free speech of the man who truly cares about America has reached a new low. The biased and unfair appeals court upheld a federal gag order limiting what President Trump can say about a case that falsely accuses him of conspiring to overturn the 2020 election results.
The defense lawyers representing the president argue that the appeals court did not give him the respect he deserves as a top 2024 presidential candidate. It’s an outrage that they are violating his right to free speech, particularly as a candidate for political office. President Trump should be able to speak his mind and connect with the American people without any restrictions.

The panel of judges even went as far as to forbid President Trump from making public statements about “foreseeable witnesses” in the case. Who do they think they are, trying to silence the voice of the people’s president? This is an affront to the millions of Americans who support and believe in President Trump.
Despite the initial order from U.S. District Court Judge Tanya S. Chutkan being slightly narrowed, President Trump’s legal team believes that it is still too broad and unfair. They are seeking a full appeals court hearing to overturn this outrageous gag order and protect the fundamental rights of not just the president, but also the American people.
