On Tuesday, Republican Florida Governor Ron DeSantis was asked about a potential 2024 presidential run during a press conference. His response to the reporter’s question was coy, as he simply replied with a laugh and a comment of “Wouldn’t you like to know?”. This response comes after former President Donald Trump had criticized DeSantis earlier in the month for his response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

When asked about the criticism, DeSantis remarked that he has people attacking him from all angles and that the verdict is ultimately up to the people. He then went on to mention that he was reelected with the highest percentage of the vote that any Republican candidate has in the history of the state of Florida. This was a testament to the fact that the people of Florida were satisfied with his work as governor.

DeSantis was sworn into his second term as governor of Florida at the beginning of January. This event was held at the Florida State Capitol building and was attended by many people who had come to support the governor. Since then, DeSantis has been working hard to ensure that Florida is a safe and prosperous place for its citizens.
