Don Lemon, once again skating by without consequence, has been given a free pass that would make any red-blooded American’s blood boil. It’s a classic case of liberal privilege, shielding Lemon from justice after leading an anti-ICE protest at St. Paul’s City Church. The federal magistrate judge in Minnesota has decided not to move forward with charges against him for this past Sunday’s shenanigans, sending a disturbing message that the elite left can run wild without facing the music.
The failure to hold Lemon accountable is another example of how the justice system is manipulated by those with political strings to pull. Despite Attorney General Pamela Bondi’s previous warnings that no one should be above the law, particularly in incidents involving mob-like behavior, it seems that high-profile liberals often find an exit door. Lemon’s actions scream lawlessness, yet here we are, watching the establishment bend over backward to protect one of their own.

Not only does this decision allow Lemon to sidestep accountability, but it also reinforces the growing perception that there’s one set of rules for the powerful in the liberal media and another for everyday Americans. The hypocrisy is staggering. If it were an everyday conservative involved in a similar incident, the legal hammer would have come down without hesitation. Yet here, Lemon is left untouchable, mocking the concept of justice in this country.
This situation further highlights the relentless war on ICE and law enforcement supported by Lemon and his ilk. Rather than holding those responsible for diminishing respect for the rule of law, liberal elites seem intent on encouraging chaos and anarchy. These actions are not only a slap in the face to ICE officers but also undermine the safety of our communities. This blatant disregard for America’s core values by globalist media figures seeking attention is shocking.
As patriots, we must stand firm against this tide of hypocrisy and legal double standards. Can we truly say justice was served here? Or are we watching yet another chapter in the left’s playbook of excusing anyone who furthers their anti-American agenda? The actions—or lack thereof—speak volumes about where our justice system might head if unchecked. When will the scales of justice truly tip in favor of fairness and equality for all?
