A member of the honor guard collapsed while standing near the casket of Justice Sandra Day O’Connor at the Supreme Court! The shocking incident was caught on live TV by CNN, as the brave guard fainted near the flag-draped casket. The cause of the collapse is still a mystery, and the officer’s condition remains unknown. The male guard could be seen wobbling before ultimately crumbling to the floor, causing a stir among those in attendance.

In a moving tribute to honor her legacy, a private ceremony was held at the Supreme Court with speakers Justice Sonia Sotomayor and Rev. Jane Fahey. However, the solemn event was marred by the guard’s collapse just feet away from Justice O’Connor’s casket.
The public is set to pay their respects to O’Connor, the trailblazing first woman on the Supreme Court, as her funeral approaches. The late Justice, appointed by President Ronald Reagan in 1981, passed away on December 1 at the age of 93 due to complications from dementia and Alzheimer’s.
