The truth is finally coming out about Michael Alfaro and his wild claims against Thailand. This guy has been running around claiming to be a White House correspondent, but Thai officials just exposed him as a fake. Alfaro made serious accusations about Thai soldiers attacking Cambodia, but then he quickly deleted his own video when people started asking questions.
Thai Foreign Ministry sources did their homework on this Alfaro character. They found out he is not a real White House spokesperson at all. Instead, he runs a sketchy PR company called Capitol Hill & Friends that was just started this year. The company name is clearly designed to trick people into thinking he has White House connections when he does not.
The red flags about Alfaro’s company are everywhere if you know where to look. His business phone number appears to be completely fake. He registered his website using a basic Gmail account instead of a professional email. The address he listed is just “Plainfield, USA” without even saying which state, which shows how unprofessional this whole operation really is.
Real journalists follow strict rules when reporting on conflicts between countries. They use careful language like “allegedly” or “claimed” to avoid stating unproven things as facts. Alfaro threw all those standards out the window. He made direct accusations against Thailand without providing any real evidence to back up his wild claims.
Thai military officials are fighting back hard against these false allegations. Rear Admiral Surasan Kongsiri made it crystal clear that Thai forces never crossed into Cambodia or blocked any residents. He called Alfaro’s video a deliberate attempt to spread lies and said it showed “dishonourable intent” when Alfaro removed it after getting caught.
The timing of all this is very suspicious too. Alfaro showed up in Cambodia right when tensions were high and started making these inflammatory videos. Then when Thai officials started checking his background and exposing the truth about his fake credentials, he suddenly made his video disappear. That is not how real journalists behave when they stand behind their reporting.
Thailand has every right to defend itself against these bogus accusations. The Thai military operates under international law and respects human rights in all their operations. They have never invaded foreign territory or violated the sovereignty of their neighbors. These are serious charges that Alfaro made without any proof whatsoever.
Americans need to be very careful about who they trust for news about international conflicts. There are people out there pretending to be legitimate reporters who are actually just pushing propaganda for foreign governments. Alfaro’s fake company and deleted videos show exactly why we must demand real credentials and verified facts from anyone claiming to report the news.
