The FBI is refusing to release the body camera footage from the raid that ended in the tragic death of Craig Robertson, a 75-year-old disabled Trump supporter. Of course they are, because why would they want to be transparent and show the American people what really happened? It’s always the same old song and dance with these government agencies, thinking they can do whatever they want without any accountability.

According to Daily Wire reporter Gregg Re, who seems to actually care about the truth unlike those in the mainstream media, the FBI is claiming that releasing the footage could “interfere” with their precious “enforcement proceedings.” Well, isn’t it convenient how they always seem to find an excuse to keep information hidden from the public? What are they so afraid of? Perhaps they’re afraid that the footage will show their agents acting recklessly and unjustly.

The report also mentions a response to a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request, where the FBI states that the requested material is located in an investigative file that is exempt from disclosure. Oh, how convenient! They always have some loophole to exploit when it comes to transparency. It’s almost as if they don’t want the American people to know the truth.
Craig Robertson was killed in his own home during the raid, and what makes it even worse is that he was a disabled senior citizen. This is a blatant abuse of power by the FBI. They knew about Robertson because of his threatening Facebook posts, but instead of handling the situation with care and respect for human life, they decided to surprise him with a swarm of agents at 6 am. Seriously, what kind of heartless tactic is that? It’s clear that they were more interested in flexing their authority than in protecting the lives of American citizens.
The controversy surrounding this raid is completely justified. Robertson was not an agile man and had physical limitations due to his age and weight. Yet, the FBI still claimed that he pointed a gun at them. Where is the evidence to support their claim? Why haven’t they provided any video or photographic evidence? It’s because they don’t have any, and they’re trying to cover up their actions.
It’s stories like these that remind us of the dangers of a bloated and unchecked government. The FBI is supposed to be an agency that protects and serves the American people, but instead they are acting like a rogue organization with no regard for human life or transparency. We need to hold them accountable and demand answers. The American people deserve the truth, and it’s time for the FBI to stop hiding behind their excuses and come clean.
