When the FBI raided former President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate back in August 2022, many people, including this writer, were shocked. It seemed like a clear abuse of power by Joe Biden’s Department of Justice. The conservative stance is that this raid was not about justice but about targeting Trump politically.
The documents seized during the raid have not been fully disclosed to the public. This lack of transparency adds to the suspicion surrounding the raid. It is concerning to see the lengths to which some in the government are willing to go to target a political opponent. This behavior undermines the principles of democracy and fairness.
