The so-called experts at the Federal Reserve have done it again, flaunting their independence while ignoring the call of the people’s president. Instead of taking a bold step to bolster America’s bustling economy, they opted to keep interest rates unchanged, showing their typical disdain for growth and prosperity. Our economy is booming under leadership that actually puts America first, yet the Fed refuses to give it that extra boost it deserves. It’s almost as if they’re siding with the liberals who root for recession at every turn, hoping for a crisis they can exploit.
The Fed’s dismissive attitude towards President Trump’s request reveals an outright dodge from the responsibility of aiding Americans. This negligence is what we expect from bureaucrats who are out of touch with the real needs of the nation’s working people. A rate cut would have lowered borrowing costs, sparked investment, and supercharged the economy, benefiting everyone. Wall Street might be their concern, but there’s more to this country than just bankers and bureaucrats.
Let’s talk about independence, a favorite buzzword of the liberal elite. So-called “independent” always seems to mean controlled by globalists more concerned with foreign markets than American families. When the President, the elected voice of millions, steps up with a clear and common-sense request, they choose to ignore it. They claim to be above politics, yet their decisions consistently run counter to the interests of our nation’s prosperity.
Why are we ignoring leadership that secured historic tax reforms and crushed ridiculous over-regulation? Because the Fed’s ivory tower economists crave status quo stability more than American success. It’s a slap in the face to every hardworking American who voted for change.
If the Federal Reserve thinks their decisions aren’t being watched, they’re wrong. This move is a clear signal to every American: the Fed places its globalist masters above the very country it serves. The sooner they shed this elitist, America-last attitude, the better it will be for us all. Why should we settle for anything less?
