Climate activist Greta Thunberg is crying foul after her anti-Israel flotilla got a reality check in the Mediterranean Sea. The Swedish troublemaker claims one of her boats was bombed by a drone near Tunisia. She was not on the boat that got hit, but she is making a big scene about it anyway.
Thunberg and her band of Israel haters were trying to break through Gaza’s security blockade with their so-called humanitarian mission. These activists think they know better than Israel about keeping terrorists from getting weapons. They sailed from Spain last week with dreams of making Israel look bad on the world stage.
The flotilla people say their boat was struck by a drone while sailing under a Portuguese flag. All crew members were reportedly safe and unharmed after the incident. But Thunberg immediately jumped on social media to blame Israel and play the victim card.
This is the same Greta who used to lecture us about climate change before she became obsessed with attacking Israel. Since the Gaza war started, she has turned into another anti-Israel activist spreading lies about our greatest Middle East ally. She even celebrated when Iran launched rockets at Israeli civilians.
Israel has every right to protect its borders and stop weapons from reaching Hamas terrorists. These flotilla stunts are not about helping innocent people in Gaza. They are about giving propaganda victories to terrorists who want to destroy Israel and kill Jews.
The activists claim drones were following their boats for days before the alleged attack happened. They acted surprised that Israel would monitor suspicious vessels trying to breach a war zone. Any smart country would do the same thing to protect its people.
Thunberg says this attack will not stop their struggle against Israel. She wants the world to keep its eyes on Gaza while ignoring the thousands of rockets Hamas fires at Israeli schools and hospitals. These activists care more about hurting Israel than actually helping anyone.
The truth is simple here folks. Israel is defending itself against terrorists while Thunberg plays games in the Mediterranean. Real Americans should stand with Israel, not with climate activists who support terrorist organizations trying to wipe out our strongest democratic ally in the region.
