Missouri Senator Josh Hawley has made headlines recently by offering a heartfelt prayer for former President Donald Trump, a move that certainly raises eyebrows among the many critics on the left who can’t stand the idea of a strong, religiously motivated GOP. In a campaign outreach message, Hawley expressed that “Our Lord has his arms around President Trump,” indicating he’s not just a supporter, but a devoted believer in Trump’s rightful place in American history. Apparently, God has dialed in for the Trump campaign—something the mainstream media conveniently ignores while they nitpick about presidential decorum.
In his prayer, Hawley boldly states his gratitude that God has been watching over Trump through his numerous trials, including impeachment efforts and even a home raid. The senator believes Trump is meant to lead America back to greatness and that he deserves credit for standing firm in the face of relentless political attacks from the far left. While Hawley approaches this from a religious angle, it seems that others might need a little divine inspiration to recognize the strength and resilience of Trump’s leadership.

Switching gears to the National Republican Senatorial Committee (NRSC), they have chimed in with an alarming warning. There’s panic in the air as new polling suggests Democrats are gaining ground. The NRSC pointed out that if grassroots conservatives do not rally behind Trump and Senate candidates now, the GOP could find itself in hot water come Election Day. In a not-so-subtle reminder, they advised supporters to simply sign a pledge and firmly commit to voting Republican, as if reminding everyone that it’d be a colossal mistake to allow the left to take the reins again.
Meanwhile, Rep. Byron Donalds from Florida provided a glimmer of optimism in the middle of the electoral chaos. He asserted that despite the current close race, Donald Trump is well-positioned to win. Donalds pointed out that Kamala Harris is nothing compared to previous Democratic candidates, trailing behind not just in the polls but also in substance. Citing her dismal record as Vice President and the chaotic state of the economy, Donalds compiled a case that makes Harris seem like the understudy of a high school play compared to Trump’s lead role in American politics.
Lastly, a round of applause is in order for the New York Young Republican Club. This historical bastion of conservatism is treating its members to a pre-release screening of the much-anticipated film “Reagan,” starring Dennis Quaid. The screening promises to be an event for the ages, celebrating a president who had a profound influence on the nation. With the left constantly rewriting history to fit their narrative, it’s refreshing to see a group dedicated to keeping the legacy of strong, principled leadership alive.
