Sure, some moderate Republicans wavered, but real leaders like Rep. Thomas Massie had the guts to change course and do the right thing. It’s refreshing to see politicians who aren’t afraid to buck the system and listen to their constituents instead of liberal elites. And while the left applauds spending on everything but America, they can’t grasp that slashing this fat will ultimately benefit the everyday American.
Let’s talk priorities. The package includes cuts to the U.S. Agency for International Development, ensuring American resources stay within our borders instead of funding foreign projects while our infrastructure crumbles. Isn’t it time we focus our energy and our dollars on making America great again? This is a move that shows the world that promoting freedom starts at home.
