Delaware U.S. Attorney David Weiss, who was appointed by that radical left-winger Merrick Garland, is pushing back against Hunter Biden’s legal team’s baseless allegations. They’re whining that the Department of Justice “reneged” on some sweetheart deal that was made back in June. But Weiss isn’t having any of it, folks!
According to court documents, the government never “renege” on any agreement because the agreement never even took effect. You see, Hunter Biden decided to play hardball and plead not guilty at the hearing in July. And to make matters worse, U.S. Probation declined to approve the proposed diversion agreement. So, that means the whole thing went up in smoke.
But that’s not the end of the story, my friends. It turns out that Hunter Biden’s legal team had the audacity to propose changes to the original documents during a meeting with the government. Can you believe it? They thought they could just waltz in and demand alterations to something that was already agreed upon. Well, surprise, surprise, the government didn’t think those changes were in the best interests of the United States, so they offered counterproposals. But did Hunter Biden accept them? Of course not! He rejected those counterproposals like a spoiled child.
And that’s when the government realized they were dealing with an impasse. They couldn’t reach an agreement because Hunter Biden is unwilling to play by the rules. So, on August 9th, they informed him in writing that they were withdrawing the proposed plea and diversion agreements. In simpler terms, folks, Hunter Biden is going to trial!
This all happened because U.S. District Judge Maryellen Noreika had the nerve to ask some basic questions about the immunity clause in the original deal. And wouldn’t you know it, all parties involved admitted that it was unusual and unprecedented. I guess Hunter Biden thought he could get away with yet another sweetheart deal, just like his daddy. But it seems like the judge had some common sense and wasn’t willing to let him off the hook so easily.
It’s about time that Hunter Biden faces the consequences of his actions. He thought he could escape justice, hiding behind the Biden family name. But I have faith in our justice system, and I believe that the truth will prevail in the end. Let’s hope this trial sheds some light on the shady dealings of the Biden family and exposes the corruption that runs deep in their veins.
