Ben Cohen, the left-wing co-founder of Ben & Jerry’s, got himself arrested this week while throwing a tantrum during a Senate hearing. The millionaire ice cream mogul screamed about “killing poor kids” as Health Secretary Robert Kennedy Jr. tried to speak about important issues facing American families. Cops dragged Cohen out of the room after he disrupted Congress with radical anti-Israel slogans and wild accusations.
This isn’t the first time Cohen has used his ice cream fortune to push far-left politics. While hardworking Americans just want affordable groceries, Ben & Jerry’s keeps wasting time attacking our ally Israel and pushing socialist ideas. Now Cohen’s bringing his unhinged protests right into the halls of power where real leaders are trying to fix healthcare.
Police charged Cohen with obstructing a congressional hearing after he led a group of activists in shouting down Kennedy. Other protesters allegedly attacked cops who were just doing their job to keep order. While regular Americans respect law enforcement, these privileged radicals think rules don’t apply to them.
The whole scene exposed the left’s hatred for anyone who disagrees with them. Instead of debating ideas, they scream and assault police. While conservatives want peaceful discussions about improving healthcare, radicals like Cohen would rather burn everything down with Marxist chaos.
Cohen whined on social media about Congress “killing poor kids” – but he’s the one funding politicians who let murderers out of jail early. While he cries about Gaza, American cities are drowning in crime because of soft-on-crime Democrats. Maybe he should worry more about safety in our neighborhoods than foreign conflicts.
This disgraceful behavior shows why Americans are tired of woke corporations meddling in politics. Families just want ice cream – not lectures from millionaire activists who hate our country. Ben & Jerry’s should stick to selling overpriced pints instead of attacking police and conservative leaders.
