Yet, when President Trump stepped up to restore order during the L.A. protests by deploying the National Guard, the left-leaning judicial system decided to strike again. A federal judge has now issued a temporary restraining order, claiming President Trump had illegally used the National Guard to quell the unrest.
Let’s call this what it is: just another prosecutorial misstep from the liberal machine designed to weaken leadership and suppress true American values. Rather than praising an effort to protect our cities, some judges would rather tie it up in legal red tape. This region has seen government officials twiddle their thumbs while chaos unfolded, but when someone finally takes a stand for safety, the courts rush to undermine that authority.
California has been a poster child for liberal pitfalls with its high taxes, out-of-control homelessness, and sanctuary cities. Letting this state dictate terms to federal forces reveals just how deep the dysfunction goes. When state’s rights become a shield that protects chaos, you have to ask yourself who’s really benefiting here. It certainly isn’t the hard-working Americans who just want peace in their communities.
It’s time to get real about who’s making these decisions. High-level judges can afford to be idealists from their ivory towers; they don’t face the daily realities ordinary folks do. America’s heart is bleeding, and sensible decisions like deploying the National Guard to restore order shouldn’t fall prey to leftist politics.
Why punish constructive action? By hamstringing federal attempts to support order and safety, these judges are encouraging more of the same chaos. Is this the America we want—where actions that protect citizens are condemned while anarchy gets a pass? It makes one wonder if the real aim is preserving democracy or simply undermining the figures upholding it.
