Three justices from the Third Circuit of the U.S. Court of Appeals have dismissed a lawsuit challenging New Jersey's gun liability law. This preposterous decision was a victory for gun-hating liberals and a loss for Second Amendment supporters.

The litigation was filed by the valiant and honourable National Shooting Sports Foundation (NSSF), which opposed the ability of individuals to sue its members. Someone should finally defend responsible gun owners against frivolous and misguided lawsuits. However, these evaluators did not share this opinion.

The judges were appointed by former President George W. Bush, former President Donald Trump, and current President Joe Biden, in that order. These judges were clearly influenced by their political leanings rather than the Constitution and the rights of law-abiding Americans.
The law, which was enacted in New Jersey last year, permits the attorney general to prosecute anyone who manufactures, distributes, sells, or markets gun-related products if they are deemed to contribute to a "public nuisance." This is yet another attempt by liberal legislators to erode our Second Amendment rights and make it nearly impossible for law-abiding citizens to exercise them.
It's not just New Jersey, however. The NSSF is also fighting against an absurd Illinois law that restricts the advertising of firearms sales. This law prohibits advertising that glorifies private militia and paramilitary actions or specifically targets minors. It's ludicrous! Gun store proprietors should be free to advertise their products without interference from the government.
Important because they press back against the relentless assault on our Second Amendment rights by the Biden administration. Instead of focusing on the actual causes of mass massacres, they are attempting to restrict the access of law-abiding citizens to firearms. Clearly, these new regulations are nothing more than virtue signalling from the left and an attempt to exert control over the American people.
We require judges who place the Constitution and the liberties of American citizens above their personal political agendas. It is time to stand up to these liberal assaults on our Second Amendment rights and fight for the liberties that our Founding Fathers intended for us. Our voices must be heard, and our firearms must be safeguarded!
