Justice Prevails! Obama-Biden Judges Clear Ex-GOP Rep

In a recent, much-welcomed turn of events, a former Nebraska Republican congressman had his 2022 conviction for lying to the FBI tossed out by a federal appeals court. The case involved a generous donation to the ex-representative’s campaign, and while the evidence against him wasn’t the issue, it was where the case was heard. The appeals court found that the trial took place in the wrong location, and the constitution does not permit such shenanigans.

To add insult to the injury, the judges who ruled in favor of the Republican were appointed by none other than former President Barack Obama and current President Joe Biden. It’s like the Democrats’ own appointees are turning against them! But fear not, conservative patriots, this is just the beginning of the reckoning for the Department of Justice.

It’s not just about this particular case, either. The real repercussions will be seen in how the DOJ proceeds with two highly political trials on the horizon. And if recent history is any indication, there’s a good chance these cases could go south for the DOJ. About 30% of public corruption cases over the past 20 years, including the aforementioned one, have resulted in overturned convictions. That’s right – the DOJ’s track record is about as solid as a Jenga tower in an earthquake.

And the DOJ’s track record doesn’t just stop at Republicans. Remember former Democratic New Jersey Sen. Bob Menendez? Turns out, his bribery charges didn’t stick, either. But don’t worry, folks – the DOJ is nothing if not persistent. Menendez is facing new charges, and with the DOJ’s luck, they might get it right this time. But wait, there’s more! The DOJ’s vendetta extends to cases against former President Donald Trump, too. But according to some legal experts, the DOJ’s motives might be more political than legal.
