Yesterday marked the 22nd anniversary of the horrific 9/11 attacks, a day that forever changed our nation and left nearly 3,000 innocent Americans dead. It was a moment of unity and strength as we mourned the lives lost and came together as a country. However, it seems that the Left has found a way to politicize even this sacred day.
In recent years, the Left has shamelessly used 9/11 as a platform to spew their divisive rhetoric. Instead of honoring the victims and paying tribute to the heroes who risked everything to save others, they have used this somber occasion to deliver lectures about how America is inherently racist and evil. It is absurd and disrespectful to use the memory of those who perished in such a tragic event for political gain.
One prime example of this liberal lunacy is Tristian Snell, a commentator from the far-left MSNBC. Rather than showing reverence for the lives lost on that fateful day, Snell decided to compare the January 6th incident at the Capitol to the 9/11 attacks. This is not only an insult to the victims and their families, but also a blatant disregard for the severity of the 9/11 attacks. It is clear that Snell and his ilk will stop at nothing to push their radical agenda.

But Snell isn’t the only one guilty of this despicable behavior. S.V. Dáte, a reporter from the Huffington Post, also joined in with the same nonsense. It is disheartening to see journalists, who are supposed to be impartial and objective, stoop to such a level of delusion and partisanship. Instead of reporting the facts, they choose to promote their own warped narrative.
It is high time that we put an end to this insufferable liberal pastime of using the anniversary of 9/11 as a platform for their political agenda. This day should be about honoring the victims, remembering the bravery of the first responders, and reflecting on the unshakeable spirit of America. Let us never forget the unity we felt in the aftermath of 9/11, and may we always strive to come together as a nation, regardless of our political affiliations.
In the face of tragedy, Americans have always displayed resilience, strength, and a commitment to freedom. It is unfortunate that some on the Left choose to use this day as an opportunity to promote their own self-serving ideologies. The memory of 9/11 deserves better than to be tarnished by their divisive rhetoric. It is our responsibility to uphold the true spirit of this day and to honor the memory of those we lost on that dark September morning.
