In our country today, there’s an immigrant story that’s got everyone talking. A brave appeals court has put the brakes on a liberal judge’s order to transfer a Turkish student from a detention center in Louisiana back to New England. Why? Because the government made an emergency filing, hinting they might have a good reason to keep this student right where he is.
Now let’s be honest. This saga reeks of liberal overreach and open-border nonsense. Why should a student from Tufts, who might have questionable immigration status, get special treatment? Our nation’s laws should mean something. But, of course, the left just can’t seem to respect our borders or our legal system.

Consider this: while millions of Americans struggle with their own educational bills and challenges, a foreign student is caught up in a liberal-backed tug-of-war. Is this what our country has come to? Prioritizing non-citizens over our very own hardworking students? It’s another classic case of America-last policies pushed by globalists and their allies.
And let’s not forget the taxpayers who are footing the bill. U.S. citizens are paying for this back-and-forth legal drama. Our money should focus on securing the borders and protecting American interests, not indulging every international student’s legal saga.
Once more, political correctness and liberal fantasies seem to take center stage. Isn’t it time we asked ourselves: when will America start putting its own citizens first? Why aren’t our leaders standing up for the people who elected them?
