The very same Trump who drove the left insane for four years, forced them to drop their masks, and brought America First policies roaring back to life. Now, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis has slammed his foot on the accelerator, turning an ordinary airport into a monument to the 45th president. Cue the howls from the usual coastal elites.
What makes this even sweeter is the so-called “rivalry” between DeSantis and Trump. Just last year, they were battling it out for the Republican nomination, throwing punches and calling each other names. The media wanted everyone to believe they’d never see eye to eye. They prayed conservatives would be split forever. Instead, the grown-ups in the room moved on, put the personal jabs behind them, and remembered the real fight: stopping the radical left from turning America into a socialist wasteland.

Of course, the liberal outrage machine is running at full blast. Maybe an airport named after Anthony Fauci would make them feel safe, but honoring Trump? That’s just too much.
What this move shows is that Florida Republicans refuse to let petty grudges get in the way of winning the bigger fight. It’s about time the rest of the country takes notes. While Democrats are busy themselves with identity politics and canceling anyone who stands up for American strength, real leaders are making bold moves that drive the left absolutely insane. Liberals preach tolerance—unless a conservative stands tall, builds a legacy, or dares to put America first. Then all you get from them is sneering contempt.
Naming an airport after Trump isn’t just a tribute. It’s a statement. It’s a giant middle finger to the establishment, the woke mob, and every weak-kneed bureaucrat who’d rather kneel than stand for the stars and stripes. That’s exactly why the left despises it.
